Mark A. Berezin, CCIM, a principal at Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc., along with his associates, have over 30 years of combined experience in all areas of sales, development and management. Over the past three decades, Mr. Berezin has creating over 2,000 affordable housing units and sold over forty million dollars of commercial real estate. Mr. Berezin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Babson College, Wellesley, MA in 1981 and since that time has been working in the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Berezin earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1985 and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) in 1999. He regularly attends classes on advanced real estate topics in order to maintain the level of knowledge and expertise for which Infinity has become known.

Mr. Berezin started his career as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio comprised of 450 residential units. After three years he became Controller of a Property Management and Development firm and held that position for sixteen years. In 1999, he founded Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc., which quickly grew to be one of the premier commercial and investment brokerage firms in Western Massachusetts.

Tim Thompson, CCIM has been affiliated with Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. for over five years. This past fall, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors.. In order to become a CCIM, one must have sold at least ten million dollars worth of property over a period of no more than five years. Mr. Thompson’s experience of selling dozens of properties with market values ranging from $100,000.00 to more than $5,000,000.00 was far in excess of this. Mr. Thompson presently heads our Buyers’ Brokerage Division.

Mr. Randall Bernstein, the Office Manager has been working at Infinity since 2005. Prior to that, he worked in the Public Sector at two Publicly Funded Agencies in management positions for a total of fifteen years. He graduated from Clark University, Worcester MA in 1982. His experience in office support and internet marketing combined with his experience in the public sector provides him with a unique skill set ideal for this project. Mr. Bernstein is also a Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is in charge of the Commercial Leasing Division.
