Tim Thompson, CCIM has been affiliated with Infinity Real Estate Group, Inc. for over five years. This past fall, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors.. In order to become a CCIM, one must have sold at least ten million dollars worth of property over a period of no more than five years. Mr. Thompson’s experience of selling dozens of properties with market values ranging from $100,000.00 to more than $5,000,000.00 was far in excess of this. Mr. Thompson presently heads our Buyers’ Brokerage Division.
